Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on nectar.bio, operated by NECTAR BIOPHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner.

Please mention your Order ID, registered mobile number and reason for cancellation.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Cancellation After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, customers are requested to accept the delivery. Any return, refund or replacement request after delivery will be handled as per our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the hygiene, safety and consumable nature of our products, general returns are not accepted once delivered, except in cases such as damaged, defective, expired, incorrect or missing products, subject to verification and approval.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment gateway or payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is applicable as no payment has been collected.


4. Cancellation by NECTAR BIOPHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED

NECTAR BIOPHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to the following cases:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. Product is not serviceable at the customer’s pin code
  3. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  4. Customer cannot be contacted for order verification
  5. Payment failure or payment verification issue
  6. Pricing error or product listing error
  7. Suspected fraudulent transaction
  8. Bulk order or suspected resale activity
  9. Courier or logistics restrictions
  10. Any other operational, legal or business reason

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.


5. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of a shipped order, the order may be treated as a failed delivery or return-to-origin case.

For prepaid orders, the refund, if applicable, may be processed after deducting shipping, handling, return-to-origin or other applicable charges.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the order may be cancelled. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for future purchases.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier calls, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  1. Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  2. Reshipment may attract additional shipping charges.
  3. Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled.
  4. Repeated failed deliveries may lead to restrictions on future orders.

7. Cancellation of Promotional or Offer Orders

Orders placed during promotional offers, clearance sales, bundle offers, limited-period discounts or special campaigns may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions.

If any promotional order is cancelled, the benefit, discount, coupon, free product or offer attached to the order may also be cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at our discretion.


8. Modification of Orders

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify product quantity, delivery address, mobile number, product variant or payment method.
