Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on nectar.bio, operated by Nectar Biopharma Private Limited.

At Nectar Biopharma Private Limited, we aim to provide safe, reliable and high-quality healthcare, wellness, personal care, nutrition and diagnostic products. Due to the hygiene, safety and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If the cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

No cancellation charges will be applied unless such charges are also borne by Nectar Biopharma Private Limited in case we cancel an order from our side.

2. Returns

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we do not accept general returns once products have been delivered.

Returns, replacements or refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.
The product received is defective.
The product received is expired.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The order is incomplete or an item is missing.
The product is different from what was ordered.

Products cannot be returned due to change of mind, wrong product ordered by the customer, dislike of taste, smell, fragrance, colour, texture, packaging, or after the product has been opened, used or tampered with.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable once delivered, unless damaged, defective, expired, incorrect or incomplete:

Sanitary pads and feminine hygiene products
Intimate hygiene products
Pregnancy test kits and diagnostic products
Nutrition and supplement products
Oral consumable products
Personal care products
Pain relief sprays, gels, balms and roll-ons
Skin care and acne care products
Opened, used or tampered products
Products purchased under clearance sale, special promotion, bundle offer or limited-period discount, unless defective or incorrectly delivered
4. Time Limit to Raise a Complaint

Any complaint for damaged, defective, expired, incorrect or missing products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Product name
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos of the invoice
Batch number and expiry date, if applicable
Unboxing video, if available
A brief description of the issue

We may request additional photos, videos or information to verify the claim.

5. Condition of Product for Return / Replacement

A return, replacement or refund request will be approved only after verification by our customer support team.

The product must be:

Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
With seal, label, batch number and packaging intact
Accompanied by invoice or order proof
Not tampered with, altered, damaged after delivery or used

If the product seal is broken, the product has been used, or the packaging has been tampered with, the return, replacement or refund request may be rejected.

6. Damaged or Tampered Shipment

If the package appears damaged, leaked, opened, tampered with or suspicious at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment.

If you accept a damaged or tampered package, please record an unboxing video and inform us within 48 hours of delivery at:

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the request has been reviewed and approved by our team.

Once approved:

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be processed to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days after receiving correct bank account details from the customer.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment method used.

8. Replacements

Where applicable, Nectar Biopharma Private Limited may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to:

Verification of the issue
Product availability
Approval by our customer support team

If the same product is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative resolution at our discretion.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, cash handling charges, convenience fees or payment gateway charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the refund is due to an error from our side, such as damaged product, incorrect product, expired product or missing item.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, shipping and handling charges may be deducted before processing any refund.

If the customer requests reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Quality Check

All return, refund and replacement requests are subject to internal quality verification.

If the product is found to be ineligible, used, opened, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or different from the product originally shipped, the request may be rejected.

In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer or the claim may be closed without refund or replacement.

11. Products Purchased from Other Platforms

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from nectar.bio.

For products purchased from third-party marketplaces, retail stores, pharmacies, distributors or other websites, please contact the respective seller or platform where the product was purchased.
