This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on nectar.bio, operated by NECTAR BIOPHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED.
We aim to process and deliver your orders safely, efficiently and within the estimated delivery timelines. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders across serviceable locations in India.
Delivery is subject to courier partner serviceability based on the customer’s pin code. If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to cancel the order or offer an alternative solution, where possible.
At present, we do not offer international shipping through nectar.bio.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
During new launches, festive periods, promotional events, courier delays or high order volumes, processing timelines may be longer than usual.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within:
Metro cities: 3–6 working days
Other cities and towns: 5–8 working days
Remote or difficult-to-service locations: 7–12 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, incorrect address, customer unavailability, operational issues or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping, promotional shipping rates or minimum order value-based free shipping from time to time.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error from our side, such as wrong product shipped, damaged product, expired product or missing item, subject to verification and approval.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and selected orders, subject to courier partner serviceability and our internal order verification.
We reserve the right to disable Cash on Delivery for certain pin codes, products, order values, customers or suspected misuse.
Additional Cash on Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp or your order account page, depending on the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Customers are requested to track their shipment and remain available to receive the delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once, depending on their policies and serviceability.
If the customer is unavailable, refuses the order, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or does not respond to delivery calls, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled.
- Prepaid orders may be refunded after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
- Reshipment, if requested and approved, may attract additional shipping charges.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including name, mobile number, house/building number, street, locality, city, state and pin code.
NECTAR BIOPHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED will not be responsible for failed, delayed or incorrect delivery due to wrong, incomplete or outdated address details provided by the customer.
If an address correction is required after placing the order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
9. Delayed Delivery
We try our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Strikes or transport disruption
- Lockdowns or government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Remote location serviceability issues
- High order volumes during promotions or festive periods
In case of delay, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with tracking and resolution.
10. Damaged or Tampered Shipment
If the package appears damaged, leaked, opened, tampered with or suspicious at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment.
If you accept the package and later notice damage, leakage, tampering, missing items or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please share:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear photos of the outer package
- Clear photos of the product received
- Clear photos of the invoice
- Batch number and expiry date, if applicable
- Unboxing video, if available
- A brief description of the issue
All such claims are subject to verification and approval as per our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
11. Missing Items or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incomplete order or the wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund or other suitable resolution at our discretion.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
12. Split Shipments
In some cases, products in the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse processing, logistics requirements or packaging reasons.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments unless clearly communicated before checkout.
13. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss, damage or deterioration passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
14. Orders Returned to Origin
If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, failed delivery attempts or non-payment in case of Cash on Delivery, the order may be marked as Returned to Origin.
For prepaid orders, eligible refunds may be processed after deducting shipping, handling or return charges, where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the order may be cancelled. Repeated refusal or failed deliveries may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for future orders.
15. Delivery Restrictions
We may refuse, delay or cancel delivery in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Non-serviceable pin code
- Product restrictions
- Bulk orders or suspected resale activity
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Payment verification failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Courier partner restrictions
- Force majeure events
If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.
